Jalapeno Pepper Jelly Recipe Ball. 6 ball or kerr 8 oz quilted crystal jelly jars with lids and bands. Remove jars and cool.
Add sugar and honey. Purée peppers in food processor or blender with 1 cup cider vinegar until smooth. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil that cannot be stirred down over high heat stirring constantly.
Prepare boiling water canner.
Center lid on the jar and apply band until fit is fingertip tight. Stir in liquid pectin. Bring to a boil. Prepare boiling water canner.
