Recipe Eggnog Custard Pie. Press pie crust into a 9 inch deep dish pie plate crimping edges if desired. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Do not prick crust. Sprinkle top of pie with nutmeg and cinnamon. Pour mixture into crust.
Bake at 350 for 35 minute.
Add evaporated milk water rum and salt. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f 175 degrees c. In a large bowl beat sugar and eggs at medium speed with an electric mixer until well combined. Stir in melted butter press into a pie tin and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
