After putting soup in bowls i added a spoonful of ricotta and parmesan cheese to each bowl. Turn on a multi functional pressure cooker such as instant pot and select saute function. Once browned add onion and garlic. Add 1 3 of the cooked beef and 1 3 of the fresh spinach.
